Koh Waeo North/Banana Rock, Choeng Thale, Thailand

Koh Waeo, located approximately 3 km off the north end of Bangtao Beach near Choeng Thale, is a small island with minimal vegetation on its surface. However, underwater, the island's size expands significantly, being about 100 times larger than what is visible above water. Numerous buoys are installed around the site to moor boats.
