Just below the Montgó mountain, we find a spit of land jutting out from the coastline along with an islet about 13 meters high. Of particular note is a huge entrance in the rock that opens in the form of a vault, caused by rockfalls. Passing through this vault and admiring the plays of light that form in the water, we find a tunnel on the right hand side that crosses the entire tip of Trencabraços, starting at -7 meters and ending at -18 meters, where, a few meters from the exit, you can see the famous statue of a dolphin.
If for any reason you want to avoid the tunnel, an interesting alternative is to go around the protuberance, where you will find several arches and tunnels full of life and spectacular plays of light. The marine life in this area is abundant and varied, with numerous fish and sea creatures inhabiting these fascinating underwater landscapes.
Cala Montgó, with its proximity to the town of l'Escala, offers an exceptional diving experience, combining the natural beauty of its rock formations and tunnels with the rich biodiversity that characterizes this region. This dive site is suitable for divers of all levels, providing both tranquility and adventure in the crystal clear waters of the coast of l'Escala.

Nice dive to start. Often problems with average visibility on this spot. But many small caves and tunnels are present.
