River Gurara Proa (Wreck), Sesimbra, Portugal

The River Gurara MV, a Nigerian cargo motor vessel, sank near Cape Espichel in Sesimbra during a severe storm on February 26, 1989. The ship split in half, with its bow resting close to the coast. This dive site features the bow of the ship and has an average depth of 28m.
